Breakfast at Parklands

Enjoy the Traditional Full English or one of our alternatives at breakfast time…

Individually wrapped Bonne Maman preserves, orange marmalade and delicious honey to complement our hot buttered toast (thick-sliced white or wholemeal) and freshly baked croissants. We also offer natural yoghurt, fruit yoghurt and a selection of cereals. Perhaps you would prefer oat granola with your choice of various ‘pick & mix’ toppings. We also have hot porridge oats, perfect on a cold morning.

Hot breakfast at Parklands is prepared from fresh ingredients of the highest quality and cooked to order. We use free-range eggs, best back bacon and lovely plump Cumberland or Pork & Leek sausages supplied by our award winning local butcher (vegetarian alternatives available). Our fresh tomatoes and mushrooms are also locally sourced.

If you fancied something lighter you may wish to try our delicious Eggs Benedict: a lightly toasted English muffin with your choice of gammon ham or bacon topped with poached egg and Hollandaise sauce. We will also prepare Omelettes to your taste with various fillings available.

To drink, our guests can enjoy fresh orange juice, grapefruit, chilled filter water and milk as well as a selection of teas. These include English breakfast tea, Earl Grey or various fruit & herbal flavour infusions. Coffee drinkers will appreciate the best Latino blend served in a cafetiere or an instant alternative for those preferring their morning cup decaffeinated or a little less strong.
